Morgentræning i dag inden en lang dag med forhandlinger på jobbet + eftermiddagssquats bagefter. Nu, weekend, og det har jeg glædet mig til.

WOD

15 min AMRAP:

  • 60 double-unders
  • 30 wallballs
  • 15 dødløft @ 75 kg

Score: 5 runder + 60 DUs + 4 WBs

Skills/styrke

6 runder:

  • 4 strict pull-ups
  • 50 m prowler push
  • 3 strict handstand push-ups

Squats

  • Back squats (3 reps): 79-95-101-111-115 kg
