Smal bænk med stop – op til 1 rep @ 95 kg

Workout

10 min AMRAP:

  • 10 power snatch @ 30 kg
  • 15 wallballs
  • 30 double-unders

Score: 5,5 runde

– 2 min pause –

8 min AMRAP:

  • 5 over the bar burpees
  • 5 clusters @ 30-40-50 kg (øgning efter hver 3. runde)

Score: til og med alle runder med 50 kg.

Finisher

  • Tabata: curls
  • Tabata: sit-ups
