Heavy Friday er tilbage på programmet, og jeg er vild med det!

Snatch

  • Squat snatch: 2ere op til 60 kg – derefter 1 rep @ 65-70-75-80-82 kg PR (med 2 kg)

Hold op, hvor var det lækkert at få de 82 kg med.

Clean & jerk

  • Squat clean + split jerk: 2ere op til 75 kg – derefter 1 rep @ 80-85-90-95 kg

Back squat

  • Back squat (3 reps): 105-112-120-120-120 kg

Tungt men bedre end i mandags, hvor det kun var 112 kg.

Workout

22 min AMRAP:

  • 22 wallballs
  • 22 power snatch @ 25 kg
  • 22 box jumps
  • 22 push press @ 25 kg
  • 22 cal roning
