Så fandt jeg alligevel et CrossFit gym her i Schweiz nogenlunde tæt på skiterrænet, CrossFit Vetroz. Superb og helt nyt CrossFit gym.
In and out på 45 min pga stramt skiferieprogram 🎿🇨🇭⛄️❄️ 

Workout

For time:

  • 30 hang power cleans @ 45 kg
  • 30 handstand push-ups
  • 30 thrusters @ 45 kg
  • 30 over the box jumps 20”
  • 30 overhead squats @ 45 kg
  • 30 strict pull-ups

Score: 10 min

Vægtløftning 

Med 1 barbell:

  • 5 reps C&J @ 70 kg
  • 4 reps C&J @ 75 kg
  • 3 reps C&J @ 80 kg
  • 2 reps C&J @ 85 kg
  • 1 rep C&J @ 90 kg 

Finisher

4 runder:

  • 18 GHD sit-ups
  • 18 wallballs @ 9 kg
