In and out of the gym på 40 min – men alligevel super session i CrossFit Vetroz. 

Vægtløftning

  • Clean & jerk (2 reps): 45-65-75-85 kg
  • Clean pulls: 3 x 3 reps @ 90 kg

Squats

Front squats (3 reps): 95-100-105-110-115-120 kg (video af 120 kg)

Tangering af PR. Pt prøver jeg “blot” at vedligeholde styrken.

Workout

21-15-9 reps:

  • Dødløft @ 100 kg
  • Strict handstand push-ups

Score: lige under 4 min

Alt unbroken (og stor personlig forbedring).
