Back to normal training after doing the CrossFit Open, the CrossFit Masters Online Qualifier and qualifier WODs for French Throwdown. It has been some tough months.

Got my new wrist wraps from Manimal and tested them for heavy snatches today. They’re superb and with perfect support.

I’ve been down with man flu the last 5 days, so everything was heavy today. Went well though. Even won the WOD over 7 other guys. Not bad!

Snatch

  • 4 reps from mid thigh @ 35-45-55-60-65-70-75 kg + 2 reps @ 80 kg
  • Snatch pulls: 3 x 5 reps @ 80 kg

Back squats

  • 5 reps @ 130 kg
  • 1 rep @ 140 kg
  • 5 reps @ 135 kg
  • 1 rep @ 145 kg

Skills

  • 10 reps burpee ring muscle-ups
